Q：Why did you decide to join Taiyo Nippon Sanso ATI?
I was introduced to Taiyo Nippon Sanso ATI by an acquaintance. I applied because I felt I could make use of the knowledge of electricity I acquired in university.
Q：What do you find rewarding about your job?
When I saw the fare adjustment machine and the flap plate device installed in parking lots around the city, that was when I realized that the products I have worked on were actually being used by many people.
Q：How is the environment and atmosphere of the company?
The company has a friendly atmosphere where you can feel free to consult senior staff or your superiors, and I feel that each of us has been entrusted with responsible work.
Q：Can you tell us about a time when something really went wrong, and how you dealt with it?
I have written the wrong program on substrates, and I have rewritten the programs of hundreds of boards at shipping destinations.
Due to these failures, I started paying more attention to reviewing and handling data files.
